A few days ago, our little family went swimming at a lake near our house. If you live in Michigan, you probably have at least 3 lakes within 20 minutes of where you live! Seriously, I had no idea there were so many crazy lakes here!
We went to Crystal Lake and had so much fun! It wasn't too busy at the beach area and the girls had a blast in the sand and water. Olivia kept eating the sand. She's gross. :)
Late this week, I'm planning to share a new, super kid friendly quesadilla! My girls love it. :)

We LOVE Crystal Lake...so clean, warm, and shallow a long ways out. Next time let us know when you are going...we might be able to meet you there!! :)

Nothing compares to spending time with your family, especially when you see your kids swimming and having fun under the sun. My kids just love the beach! Brandon is my eldest at 5 and Mavis is her little sister at 3 and a half. They always ask me if we can go to the beach. Since we are usually free on weekends, I make it a point that we do beach picnics and have fun once in a while.
