Buffalo Chicken Dip

Here's one of my favorite appetizer recipes.
Check out Kelly's blog over at Kelly's Korner to see tons more yummy appetizer recipes!

It's not healthy...it's not low-fat (although you can use low-fat ingredients)...but boy is it yummy! My husband loves this stuff.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (10 ounce) can chicken, drained (I don't use canned chicken--I cut up chicken breasts)
1 cup ranch dressing (whatever kind you like...or you can use blue cheese, if that tickles your fancy)
3/4 cup hot sauce
shredded cheddar cheese, you decide how much
Celery or Crackers or Chips (either Frito's or tortilla chips are the best)

Beat together the cream cheese, ranch, and hot sauce.
Fold in the chicken and pour into a greased baking dish (8x8 works fine). Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, then top with shredded cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with the chips/celery/crackers, whatever you want.

You can also put it in the crock pot, but make sure you stir frequently. And I've made it with low-fat cream cheese and it turned out just fine.
