A 2 year old's guide to jumping rope:
1. Steal jump ropes from the neighbors.
2. Do not give them back when neighbors move away.
3. Remove pants. If you're potty trained, you may wear undies. If not, wear a diaper.
4. Hold jump rope in your hands.
5. Jump, but do not move the rope.
6. Make sure your hair is not brushed...it interferes with your ability to maneuver the rope.
