The girls are 15 months old now!
We had a check up at the doctor's office today and Maya weighs 23 pounds, 10 ounces and Gianna weighs 21 pounds, 4 ounces.
I promise we feed both of them the same amount of food.
The girls are doing great. Last week, they both had croup and at this appointment, we found out that Gigi has another double ear infection. Fun, fun times. :)
At 15 months old, Maya is hilarious. She is such a ham, and will do almost anything for a laugh. If you make the mistake of laughing at something that isn't a good thing to do (for example, sticking her finger up her nose), she will keep doing it, over and over! She loves giving kisses and hugs, especially to Gigi and Norah, both of whom find the constant love annoying.
Maya loves water....Aunt Kim taught her how to blow bubbles in the pool, and it's one of her favorite things to do. Maya likes figuring out how to do things, like buckle her car seat and high chair.
Gianna is constantly talking/babbling. She pretends that everything is a phone. Gigi loves to snuggle and read. She will bring you book after book to read to her, until you are so sick of reading to her that you want to puke. She is a little shy--when she first meets new people, it takes a while to warm up. She is a really good eater and chows down almost anything. I have no clue why Maya weighs more! She is also an expert at closing doors. If any doors in the house are left open, Gigi makes sure they get closed---immediately! :)

words: they babble constantly, but really ma-ma and da-dee are the only words i notice consistently
signs: more, eat, please, doggy, fan, light, all done, clap, hair, nose, ear, mouth, belly, eye, hat, brush
