Well, Brooks and I became homeowners this past week. :) Here's the girls playing in our new house!
We had a fun 4th of July. Our city fireworks happened to be right over our river, so we had a community celebration at our church on Sunday night.
We had free hot dogs, chips, popcorn, watermelon, and desserts; we had a pie-eating contest, a watermelon seed spitting contest, and had the kids bob for apples. Then we capped off the night by watching the fireworks over the river. It was so fun!
Here's some pictures from the 4th of July weekend. Most of the pictures were taken by my sister, who came down to help us out. She's a great photographer! My pictures of the girls always end up fuzzy or weird. :)

I love your new house, did you get a good interest rate. I am only joking. My girls had one of these for a few years and loved it. They provide hours of shaded fun
